Our doctor is no longer accepting OHIP patients, as his schedule is fully booked. Please visit another walk-in clinic or a clinic with available OHIP doctors.
Our online booking system is currently paused. You can book appointments through phone, WeChat, or WhatsApp.
No. We are an appointment-based clinic and do not accept walk-ins.
We provide:
General healthcare
Massage therapy
Dental cleaning
Immunizations (not including children’s vaccines)
Ultrasound (abdomen, pelvis, breast, thyroid)

No, we do not accept emergency patients. Please visit St. Joseph’s Hospital or another emergency care provider.
We do not provide children’s vaccines. For pediatric immunizations, please visit Medicentre (1375 Beaverbrook Ave, call 519-471-6686).
Cancellations or rescheduling are not accepted within 24 hours of your appointment. A $30 fee applies for late cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, or if you arrive more than 30 minutes late. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone or message.

Yes, our doctors can provide new prescriptions or refill existing ones, depending on your medical needs.

Yes, we offer direct billing with Alumo and MSH. Patients with OHIP or other private insurance will be charged at the time of service and can then submit for reimbursement.
Yes, we accept most international student insurance plans. For details, please see our Insurance page.
