Unfortunately, just for now, our online booking is only available for international students who have visited the clinic at least once.
​If this is your first visit, please call us to upload your information so that we can add you to the system.

During your visit, please provide your email address to our reception staff. You will receive a secure message through Medeo that requires you to set up an account, letting you log in and book appointments at any time.
***If we don't have your email or you don't accept the invitation, then we cannot process the online booking for you

Step 1) Once you have provided us with your email during your first visit, you should receive the following email.
Step 2) Create your Medeo account using the email instructions provided.
Step 3) Log into patient.medeohealth.com
and book your appointment using these buttons indicated with the green arrow.
Step 4) Choose the desired options, including the clinic location, medical provider you wish you see, and the date and time.
